Why CrunchCraft Exists
After watching my dad reverse type 2 diabetes by changing what he ate, I started paying attention to what’s really in our food — and I didn’t like what I found.
I got tired of "healthy" snacks loaded with sugar alcohols, seed oils, and ingredient lists that read like chemistry homework. So I built something simpler: nuts, seeds, spices, and dried fruit — clustered with egg whites, baked in small batches right here in Fort Worth.

No Grains or Gluten
Traditional snacks often include oats and grains, which pack a blood sugar spiking quantity of carbohydrates. By swapping out the grains for a crunchy base of toasted nuts and seeds, we've created the same satisfying mouthfeel without the carbs, so you can snack guilt-free.
Only real food
No Artificial Sweeteners
That's right - no Sucralose, no Aspartame, no garbage. That includes sugar alcohols, like Erythritol and Sorbitol, which are often used in low-carb and Keto products in high quantities. Despite being categorized as natural, sugar alcohols often have unintended impacts on the human body.
No PUFAs
No Seed Oils
Seed oils are falling out of fashion due to the potential health impacts of intense processing and high Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs). Really, we just tried to take out anything that is questionably harmful to consume over a lifetime.

Instead of using sugar or artificial binders to cluster our nut & seed clusters, we use egg whites. This creates the perfect texture and holds everything together naturally, without adding unwanted carbs or sweeteners.
