Classic Crunch
The foundation. Premium nuts and seeds with subtle vanilla sweetness and warm cinnamon. Straight from the bag, over yogurt, or on oatmeal.
Nut & seed clusters · Fort Worth, Texas
Roasted nuts and seeds, clustered with egg white and baked in small batches. Sweet enough to want, with nothing added to make it that way, and no sugar alcohol standing in for the sugar.
Sweetened with stevia, and monk fruit inside the chocolate. 1g of total sugar per serving, from the fruit and nuts themselves.
No erythritol, sorbitol, maltitol, or xylitol in any flavor. Not in the clusters, not in the chocolate.
No canola, soybean, or sunflower oil. No added fat at all. Every gram comes from the nuts and seeds themselves.
Nuts and seeds do the work oats usually do, which is how a serving lands at 4g net carbs.
No artificial sweeteners and no preservatives either. Rosemary extract keeps it fresh.
What goes in
Every ingredient earns its place, and the full list is on the back of every bag. Each one is in there because it does something for the flavor, the texture, or the nutrition.

Our most celebrated combination. Roasted nuts and seeds drizzled with no-added-sugar white chocolate, topped with freeze-dried raspberries.
Savory, not sweet. Chili powder, cayenne, garlic, paprika and onion over roasted pecans and almonds. The one that goes with a cold beer.
Made to order
Crisp apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger and allspice. Dessert flavor in snack format.
Pumpkin pie spice and no-added-sugar white chocolate over pecans and almonds. Autumn, whenever you want it.
Unsweetened dark chocolate and freeze-dried cherries over hazelnuts and almonds, finished with sea salt.
Per ½ cup (40g) serving
Whichever flavor you pick, this is what you get. The full panel for each one is on its product page.
Side by side
A shelf granola people trust, and a low-carb cluster from the diet aisle. Two ways "healthy" gets sold. One adds coconut sugar, the other adds maltitol and sucralose. Everything is shown per 40g so the columns actually line up.

Why we exist
If I would not happily eat it every day, it does not go in the bag. That rule is why there is no sugar alcohol in here to fake the sweetness, no seed oil to cut the cost, and no preservative doing a job that rosemary extract can do.
It also means I can tell you exactly why every single thing on that list is in there.

I'm picky about granola because I don't like it to be sweet with a lot of added sugar, and the Classic Crunch is my #1 choice because it has lots of nuts and crunch. So glad I'm able to buy it online now instead of tracking you down at the farmers markets!
